You get a one-page written summary of your top 3 AI opportunities — yours to keep, free, even if we stop here. If you want to move forward, the proposal names one deliverable, one timeline, and one price.

You keep running your business; I do the work. Most first projects are live in one to three weeks. I check in at agreed points — no surprise meetings, no homework.

What I need from you
